ShrinkTz.com Tee Slogan or Design Submission Legal Terms & Conditions Last Revised October 1, 2007 By submitting this form and in consideration of ShrinkTz.com evaluating your Tee Slogan or Design (hereinafter the Slogan or Design) for its possible use on Clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions (Tee Slogan or Design Submission Terms and Conditions): ShrinkTz.com assumes no liability or responsibility for the nature or content of your submission and does not assume ownership of it in any manner save from the rights outlined below. You retain all rights and responsibilities for its nature, content, and commercial value for your Design except as outlined below. If your Slogan or Design is selected, ShrinkTz.com may use your Slogan or Design in any manner on or in connection with Clothing, including but not limited to: reproducing the Slogan or Design on Clothing, selling Clothing bearing the Slogan or Design, modifying the Slogan or Design by reworking the Slogan or Design or making word changes or additions, making derivative works of the Slogan or Design, using the Slogan or Design on the ShrinkTz.com website and on promotional material for ShrinkTz.com, You retain the right and option to use your Design for other commercial and non-commercial purposes. Whether or not your Slogan or Design is chosen for print by ShrinkTz.com, you are free to use the Slogan or Design for other commercial or non-commercial purposes of your choosing. However if the Slogan or Design is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use the ShrinkTz.com blogs or other ShrinkTz.com media to promote the Slogan or Design or the company using the Slogan or Design. You further agree not to use the ShrinkTz.com blogs or other ShrinkTz media to promote the products and services of any company that operates in competition with ShrinkTz.com. You acknowledge that the Slogan or Design you are assigning to ShrinkTz.com is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which ShrinkTz.com in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive. You acknowledge that ShrinkTz.com reserves the right to decline to select a Slogan or Design for consideration for any reason, including poor design, as further explained in the Decline Reasons page of the ShrinkTz.com website, which are subject to change at any time. If your Slogan or Design is selected for use by ShrinkTz.com, you will receive: $1.00 per shirt sold through the ShrinkTz.com website. Payments may be made and issued to you via business check or by direct deposit to the PayPal account you specify. No payments of less than $25.00 will be issued at any time. Payments will be issued at our discretion not more than 30 days after your Slogan or Design results in sales of 25 copies or more within any 45 day period. Slogans or Designs that do not sell at least 25 copies within any given 45 day period may be removed without notice for under-performance, at the sole discretion of ShrinkTz. ShrinkTz.com reserves the right to change these payment terms at any time by posting them on the ShrinkTz.com website and changes will be effective upon posting. Payment will be based on the terms in effect when your Slogan or Design is selected. You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving payment from ShrinkTz.com. Payment eligibility will begin within 7 days after ShrinkTz.com receives Hi-Resolution Artwork submission deemed suitable for print. If the Hi-Resolution Artwork submission is not deemed suitable for print as determined by ShrinkTz.com, ShrinkTz.com may notify you of the reason(s) for its determination by email. ShrinkTz retains the right and option to make a good-faith effort to assist you in presenting a suitable hi-resolution format. Participants, who in the opinion of ShrinkTz.com, do not comply with these Tee Slogan or Design Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason at ShrinkTz.com’s sole discretion, can at any time be excluded from consideration without notice, and/or have their Tee Slogan or Design submission removed from the ShrinkTz.com website. The decisions of ShrinkTz.com are final and binding.
